Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates We offer standard shipping at €3.00 for all EU orders. Free shipping is available on orders over a minimum threshold as shown at checkout.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the carrier's website.

Customs and Import Duties MooRush ships from international suppliers. Your order may be subject to customs inspection. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at elaudanskis@icloud.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve the issue promptly.
